Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 24–48 hours (business days). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order ships, including your tracking number.

Delivery times

Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide, with no minimum order.

• Europe: 7–12 business days
• North America: 8–14 business days
• Rest of the world: 10–15 business days

These estimates exclude order processing time and may vary during peak periods (holidays, sales events).

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent by email. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page. Tracking may take 2–3 days to activate.

Customs & import fees

Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipment, contact us at support@bayrims.com — we will either reship your order for free or issue a full refund.

Wrong address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of ordering so we can correct it before shipment.
