Last updated: July 6, 2026
These Terms of Service govern all orders placed on bayrims.com (the \"Site\"), operated by BAYRIMS. By placing an order, you accept these terms in full.
1. Products
BAYRIMS sells automotive-themed collectible items, including 1:5 scale miniature rims, LED lamps and accessories. Product photos are as accurate as possible; slight variations in color or finish may occur.
2. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (EUR), all taxes included unless stated otherwise. Shipping is free. BAYRIMS reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applicable is the one displayed at the time of order.
3. Orders
An order is final once payment is confirmed. You receive an order confirmation by email. BAYRIMS reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or payment incident, with full refund where applicable.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely (SSL encryption) via Shopify Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay) and PayPal. Your card details never transit through our servers.
5. Shipping
See our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
6. Returns & refunds
See our Refund Policy. EU customers benefit from the legal 14-day right of withdrawal, extended to 30 days by our policy.
7. Warranty
All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects under French and EU law.
8. Intellectual property
All content on the Site (texts, images, logo, design) is the property of BAYRIMS and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. Third-party brand names and logos remain the property of their respective owners; their mention is purely descriptive and does not imply any affiliation or endorsement.
9. Liability
BAYRIMS products are decorative collectible items, not toys. They are not suitable for children under 14. BAYRIMS cannot be held liable for misuse of its products.
10. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will first seek an amicable resolution; failing that, the competent courts of France will have jurisdiction. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform.
